Three Course Breakfast

Isn’t it nice on weekend, when you don’t have to rush to make breakfast? Maybe calling my breakfast three courses is pushing it, but it made for a good title 😉

Since I could spend some leisurely time at the stove, I cooked up some kamut flakes.

  • 1/2 cup kamut flakes
  • 3/4 cup each milk, water
  • raisins
  • cinnamon
  • splash of vanilla
  • 1 tbsp flax seed
  • Peanut Butter & Co. Cinnamon Raisin Swirl
  • sprinkle of brown sugar

Course number two was some fresh strawberries.

And course number three? You guessed it – Happy Planet Mango Peach Party.

Now I need to get cracking – groceries to buy, treats to bake, laundry to finish! Later!
