Mugs Squared

It’s a little muggy around here this morning, and I’m not talking about the weather! Seems all of my breakfast components ended up being served in mugs.

It started with some oatmeal.

  • 1/2 cup oats, unsweetened almond milk, water
  • 1 banana
  • splash of vanilla
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • peanut butter
  • coconut
  • Artisana coconut butter
  • carob chips

Mug #2 contained my preferred breakfast drink – Happy Planet Mango Peach Party.

Mugs a plenty, full of goodness!

I even got to have a slightly more leisurely morning, as I don’t have to pack a lunch for work today. Why is that you ask? Today is BBQ day at work! Gotta take advantage of a free lunch, right? Have a great Wednesday everyone 😎

I love mugs too. The handle is just super convenient and it reminds me of college when I used to eat cans of soup from a mug bowl!

Love the first picture! It looks so comforting 😀 I also adore big salads for dinner! My fave salad has to be one that has salmon on it. Just gives a salad an extra pop.
