Although I should be finishing off my study guide for my final tomorrow morning, so I can get a good night’s sleep and be ready for my oh so important dietetics interview, I just had to get a post up for y’all this evening. My eats were good, and I feel the need to share. Let’s keep the chit chat to a minimum, and get right to it.
Breakfast
Smoooooothieeeeeeeee.
Spinach, banana, peanut butter, cocoa powder, almond milk, avocado,Vega Sport Performance Vanilla Protein Powder. Or cement – you decide.
Studied. Wasted time. Went for a walk. Ended up at Chapters. Left with an armload of magazines.
Not that I have time to dive into them any time soon.
Lunch
Toasted Mount Royal Cinnamon Bagel topped with black forest ham, gala apple, and cheddar cheese.
Snap peas with hummus, plus the rest of the apple.
New favourite – Guayaki Yerba Mate tea. This one is raspberry – very good.
Full meal deal.
Studying. Hockey watching. Browsing of dietitian association websites to prep for my interview tomorrow. More studying. America’s Next Top Model.
Dinner
Cheezy savoury oats – inspired by these ones.
With broccoli, corn, dill, garlic, almond milk, and 2 tbsp of nooch, for extra cheeze. Mmmm.
Topped with 1/4 avocado and 2 falafels.
Tea drinking. Studying. Packed bag with interview clothes. Posting. Night!

GREAT lunch! YUM! And I see that I should be expecting a issuse of eating well in my mailbox shortly. Good news.
I can’t resist magazines either–they always tempt me when I have the least time to read them!
nice! you bought the vancouver mag eating & drinking guide!
Falafels are the best snack either and they’re filling enough to have on their own! Also anything topped with grilled cheddar cheese is amazing – you can’t beat it, really!
OMG!! That bagel with apple, ham & cheese looks soooooo good!
What a great idea!
I will try that tomorrow! Just need some bagels! lol
🙂
