Christmas Week 2010 – The Day

Merry Christmas everyone! I hope you all had a wonderful holiday with family and friends, and that many delectable eats came your way. And if Boxing Day shopping is your thing, I hope you found a plethora of awesome deals to satisfy.

Today I’m going to share a few snap shots from our Christmas Day which I hope you enjoy.

Mom prepping the stuffing. Love the bird just chillin’ in the sink.

Beautiful table setting (although, that was only half – we had to wait until we were ready to eat to set up the 2nd table).

Dinner….oh, wait. I don’t have any photos of those. But it was turkey with all the good stuff 🙂

I know, it was just taste of my holiday, but sometimes you just have to be in the moment and not worry about photos and what you “need” for the blog. Don’t worry though, there are some cookie and dessert posts coming up from the big day, so you’ll get your holiday fix. Christmas Week shall be extended!

How was your holiday? Did you do something fun, eat something amazing, or get an awesome gift?

WOW! The dessert spread looks amazing! I love this post Marianne! And I wholeheartedly agree about being in the moment. It’s nice to put the camera down and just be present. Are those stockings handmade? I love them! So happy you had a great time with your family xo

The stockings are handmade. My mom made them when me and my sister were kids 🙂
