Green is my favourite colour, so I’m pretty excited when St Patrick’s Day rolls around, and everyone is decked out in my favourite hue! It’s no surprise that I’m also a huge fan of green foods – no, not the ones dyed with food colouring, but the naturally occurring ones. Something about even the smallest pop of green in a meal just brings it to life. Not to mention – all those green foods just happen to be super nutritious too. From asparagus to kale, matcha to melons, there is a green food out there for everyone. So put down the green beer, and celebrate this St Patrick’s Day with one of my 12 great green recipes!
